Describe the qualifications, scope of practice, and core competencies of a QMHP in Texas. 6. Demonstrate understanding of skills training delivery, case management responsibilities, family engagement principles, and crisis support expectations. 7. Summarize essential elements of documentation, compliance, and person-centered recovery planning.
